Return & Exchange Policy
At dot.niqabi, we strive to provide high-quality modest wear that you can shop with confidence.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
We currently offer exchanges only (no refunds) in the following cases:
 You receive a damaged or defective item.
 You receive the wrong product.
 The item's measurements differ significantly from those listed on our website.
(Please note that a variation of 1–2 cm may occur due to manual measurement.)
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange:
 Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
 Any original tags or packaging (if applicable) must be intact.
 Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Exchange Charges
 A PKR 200 delivery fee applies to all approved exchanges.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot accept exchanges for:
 Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
 Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
 Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us via WhatsApp (03136269837) with your order number.
2. Explain the issue and attach clear photos or videos.
3. Once your request is approved, return the item through the instructed courier service.
4. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement as soon as possible.
